Gotu Kola « is an herb used in Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda alike. It is thought to elevate consciousness and bring balance to the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Topically, it is employed for skin healing, increasing collagen production, and supporting circulation. Its high vibration, universality, and efficacy are why it is coined as the “Miracle Elixir of Life.”

Tulsi Leaf « also known as Holy Basil,  is considered the holiest plant and the connection between heaven and earth. Today it is known as a calming adaptogenic herb that helps balance the bodies stress response and elevate the spirit.

Red Clover « In the herbal world, we identify Red Clover as a top alternative (restores proper function), lymph moving and “blood purifying” herb. The skin and lymphatic system are closely connected as they both are means of detoxification. Using the flowers internally (tea) and externally (steam or bath) can help a range of skin conditions–like eczema, psoriasis and acne, by reducing toxic burden within the body. The blossoms are very nutritious and high in minerals, including calcium and can also support hormonal and bone health with its mild phytoestrogen properties.
