Here's How: Inner Bloom Facial Steam

Create a home spa experience with an herbal facial steam. Steam opens up the pores to loosen accumulated oil, dead skin, and bacteria and promote a deep cleanse. A relaxing ritual that calms the nervous system, a facial steam also enhances the absorption of your products and leaves your skin hydrated, soft and plump. It can help relieve sinus pressure and congestion, as well. Do not facial steam when experiencing active breakouts, acne, melasma, or rosacea. 


  • Steep Inner Bloom Tea (1-2 Tbs) in 3-4 cups of boiling water for 5 minutes while you cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser, like Bare, to remove any impurities.  (Can substitute herbs: rosemary for normal, sage or thyme for oily chamomile, rose & lavender for sensitive or irritated skin).

  • While skin is slightly damp, drape a towel over your head and hover your face 4-6" over the bowl of steeped tea for up to 5 minutes. Feel free to raise or lower your head, it should be comfortably warm and gentle.

  • Breathe deeply, connect to your heart, and let your inner beauty bloom.
